The Cannelle Lake villa is a French-designed luxury villa in a peaceful and idyllic location with nice views of the cinamon plantations, Rathgama Lake, and paddy field
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with A/C, and 2 bathrooms with hot water.
The beauty of this villa stems from the noble and rare materials used
- Imported Bali white Palimanan stone on the floor of the sitting, dining areas, bathrooms, and terrace,
- The outstanding solid Acacia wood frame,
- A solid teak flooring in the 4 bedrooms and open space upstairs
- Teak and Italian marble in the kitchen, French windows in teak
- Natural clay tiles on the roof.
Elegant decoration with French cotton curtains, Indonesian teak furniture, and Iranian rugs adds warmth to the villa.
The large sitting room is cosy , it has a new comfortable sofa, teak chairs , new “connected” Samsung TV, free wifi. The kitchen in teak is fully furnished with an inverter fridge, microwave, cooker.
Each bedroom has a double bed in teak with a high-quality mattress (natural latex, pocket springs) 180x200cm, luxury soft French linen,
The villa also has parking facilities.
There are 4 outside cameras and a guard is on duty when the villa is rented.
The location
This new villa is located along the end of the Rathgama lake in a dead end, 15 minutes from Hikkaduwa beach. It has a direct access to the lake.
A well-maintained lawn, coconuts, palm trees, and 8 acres of cinnamon plantation surround this very quiet place.
Things to note
The cleaning service is free of charge every 2 or 3 days basic on the length of the stay and the client’s necessities. Extra cleaning services will be possible on additional costs.
It’s possible to book airport transfers.
Guests can have good dinner on request the day before their arrival, the cook is available on additional charges.
The laundry service is also available on request.
